I painted my 7 year old girls room light pink and lower half magenta kind of pink.?
I need help on some border ideas and what color should should I buy for the drapes and bedding. I had green or Turqoise in mind as my girl likes those colors too. You can view the picture of the drapes here http://www.walmart.com/ip/Mainstays-Chino-Panel-Set-of-Two-Summer-Stripe/12188122
I don't want the room to look all pink so please help with any ideas.

Maybe you can do purple or green for the bedding, and a bluish/turquoise for the drapes. I'm a teen and would love to have a bunch of colors in my room.
This is cute also, and matches with the pink pretty well: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Multi-Stripe-Bed-in-a-Bag-Pink/8812670
For drapes, this is cute too: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Your-Zone-Chino-Curtains-Bright-Stripe/11046324
I for one like stripes and polka dots. Hope this helps though!

Ideas to paint my room black and pink?
I am 19 and want my room to be black and pink. I love zebra and leopard print and want to incorporate things with those prints into the room. I'm getting sheets soon with zebra print. I have bare walls right now. I need ideas of how to do the walls....like I could do half pink & half black walls like this: http://www.roomzaar.com/rate-my-space/Girls-Rooms/Brianas-Zebra-room/detail.esi?oid=11850338
OR
something like this which is what I was really thinking: http://www.roomzaar.com/rate-my-space/Girls-Rooms/Lexies-Hot-Pink-and-Black-Zebra-Bedroom/detail.esi?oid=11908940
Definately getting the color pink paint in the second room or close to it. Not a light pink paint. Do you have any ideas of what to do other than those? Any unique ways to decorete? Sites with decorations that are cheap? Anything? Thanks =]

Brianna's bedroom is ugly and the paint is way too intense.
Lexi's room is much better and I think you could work off that. The pink is much nicer and it is just a more attractive room.
#1- Stop buying things until you have your room planned out entirely.
#2- Think long and hard about painting any wall black. It is a complete nightmare to repaint a black wall. If you want to redecorate, the painting will take forever. If you want to sell, black walls are a serious negative. If you rent, your landlord will likely be pissed. I think that room would look just as good with all pink walls.
#3- All white furniture is the best bet in a room like that. It really lightens things and stops them from looking too dark.
#4- A Zebra comforter and that great Zebra wall hanging from Ikea are more than enough Zebra. Overkill is not attractive.
#5- Match your pinks. When you have an idea of your bedding and wall color, compare them. You want them to go together as well as possible. Not all hot pinks are the same.
#6- In the long run, a few big items are cheaper than a bunch of little ones. That Ikea zebra on the wall is around $70, but it is almost all the wall art you need because it is big and makes an impact.

i need some ideas for my room with 3 girls living in it? what colors ideas and things should i do?
us girls like pink and purple and are very creative but don't know what to do?

Well, i think you should paint all the walls just a cream and then you could either paint one wall with an agreed colour or you coud just leave them cream and just have accesories in the room a colour.
I think with the cream walls its nice to have different shades of a colour as your accessories because then you could have canvasses on the wall, bed linen, pillows etc...
Or each person could get a blank canvas and paint it with various shades of pink for example, then they have something of their own but goes with a theme

You might find something at Bed Bath and Beyond, Walmart, or Target. You could dry some decorative boxes that you can also store under your bed (I saw some nice brown ones at Costco). You can also try bookshelves from Bed Bath and Beyond to store books, school stuff, and items for decoration. You can also get shelves to mount on the wall to save floor space. The orange polka dots might be too overwhelming in the small room but you can do an orange lamp and orange accessories. I hope this helps :)
