Well I remember when my sister was young she liked clothes from Pacific Sunwear, Tilly's, and there are also stores like American Eagle Outfitters, and Anchor Blue. To be honest with you, I would consider Mervyn's and Target, they have really cute clothes and very good prices, I love JC Penny too.
