15 and wanting to redo my room?

So im 15 year old girl and im wanting to redo my room...Right now my room is kinda kidish but i like it, I do want to change a few things though.... So i already picked out a bed comforter and curtains, they are purple, black, pink, and white.... And i have carpet in my room and i have white furniture, my room is kinda tiny but still not to tiny. My walls are a light pink right now and i don't want to change the color but how else can i change my room, into a more appointee for teen girls room? oh! and i really like photography so i love taking pictures, so how can i also incorporate that into my room too?

I think you could leave your wall the color it is (since the curtains and comforters would match the walls) and if you like the furniture it would match too, but since you want to change it you should add details and accents that go with the color scheme. For instance, my room is pink, white, black, and grey and the bedding is flowery and French-looking so I have a earring holder that looks like the Eiffel tower and I also have pictures of Paris hanging up. I painted my walls a pale grey and on one wall I also have white stripes just for a bit of fun. My curtains are pink and white. On either window there are 2 pink curtains and 1 white curtain in between. They are a light, slightly see-through material to add a lightness (I found these at Target). On my floor I have 2 pink carpets that are the same shade as my curtains and I also have a laundry basket of the same shade. I tried to stick with similar shades of grey and pink plus white and black to make it feel classy, but the pink also makes it seem fun. Since I really like Audrey Hepburn I put up posters of her different movies ('My Fair Lady', 'Sabrina', etc.) that go along with my color scheme. What I would recommend for you is to get some cool photos in black and white and have them framed in thick black frames. This will also add a bit of edge to your pink walls. Since your floor is carpeted you don't necessarily need to get carpets but they will liven the room up a bit. I hope this helps! Decorating a 14 year olds girl's room?

hi,
me and my family have just moved house and i'm going to re-decorating my room because the family that were living there before had a different sense of style to what we have.
I'm quite a girly-girl and would like pinks or purple.
i've got two pink playboy duvets,
i'm interested in some purple curtains in B&Q
i have a wardrobe, double bed, bedside cabinate and two chest of drawers
it's getting done for my birthday in september

Try a lavender wall color, accent with black and white frames and pics, and deep purples as well. That would be really pretty....! Organize your room accordingly.... I like having a space in my room to move around in... So it keep everything on the walls! Do the curtains in that deep purple color! :) very cool! I also used this virtual room designer. It helped me out.

what colors should i paint my room?

keep in mind i'm a teenage girl (:

i have a zebra skin blanket with lavender pillows.

I have dark purple curtains with a light blue see-through-ish curtain under the purple one.

i have a really big room, so im hoping for dark colors to maake it seem smaller and cozier.

i want bold colors that flow.

i want my walls to be 2 different colors.

and maybe a different color for my trim.

and if it helps, i have beige furniture wit black handles.

Green. Purple goes with green fantastically! Go to the store bring one of your lavender pillows with you to compare what it will look like. It's all about the color chart. Purple compliments green very well!

I would suggest painting your walls green and trimming them with white, beige or lavender to match the other furniture/bedding in your room.

i cant decide what color i want to paint my room

You can do purple on the walls and blue-white-gray in the ceiling simulating sky and clouds
