Gifts for a 14 year old girl?
Ok so i am turning 14 soon and i really dont know what i want. i dont want to sound like a spoiled brat because i am not but here is a list of things i already have and what i do not want. I dont have a computer but my school is giving me a macbook for free next year so i rather wait. I have plenty of bath and candles and makeup and already enough clothes. I have a piano, and ipod (its really old but i dont use it that much anyways) nice room decoration, i dont want gift cards or money. i have enough jewlery a ps3 (i have enough games and i share it with my brothers) i have enough cosmetics like perfumes. i know its a terrible thing to say but when it comes to books i really have to pick them out myself, i will not read any book and i am not too much a fan of a books. and i dont really care for tv or movies i dont really watch tv. oh also i would rather have one nice gift instead of lots of little ones and i dont want to pick it out myself and go buy it with my parents. i want it to be a "surprise". ok well thanks! (oh its by my parents so it can be up to like 250 dollars
sorry for those who want to say im spoiled or anthing, most of this stuff i pay on my own because i do alot of babysitting.

This is how i see it ok im not saying your a spoil brat but your being picky on what you want which can be a bad thing in the future .this sentence here so i am turning 14 soon and i really dont know what i want, i dont want to sound like a spoiled brat because i am not but here is a list of things i already have and what i do not want.is being a spoil brat. And being picky
be grateful you have parents that gives you things you want and stop acting like a spoil brat because for real it's like "mommy buy me this not that one this one ok ".
For real and another thing you are almost 14 and have all this crap learn to accept what you have and too dang well if u dont like what you get. Some of us has to work really hard to put food in our mouths or pay off bills so instead of asking for things you want how about you surprize your parents and buy them something or surprize them on how much you love them..
You expect them to buy you something up to 250 dollars are you nutzdon't you think thats asking alil too much. You cant always get what you want. You know when you grow up birthdays are just like regular days so enjoy it when you have it
Some people have birthdays with no presents but a birthday card and a cake its the thought that counts .
.Look at what you have:jewlery ,a ps3,bath and candles and makeup and already enough clothes,a piano, and ipod, cosmetics like perfumes, dont you think you have enough i mean thats being spoiled and yeah you work as babysitting but it be nice if you did something else then asking
even if youu have money save up for something like school or charity theres alot of ppl that need help too

Not wanting to know my baby's gender.?
So I am not pregnant yet, but when my husband and i do conceive i am thinking i don't want to know my baby's gender. I am hoping for my first to be a girl but i still don't want to know. I don't know if my husband will want to know or not but i know i want to be surprised. My mom and friend want to through a baby shower and i want one also b4 the baby comes, but i don't want it to give away the baby's gender by (decorations, games, cake, gifts). I also don't want every outfit and decoration for it's room to be YELLOW everyone sees that as a neutral color. I think some pink and blue would be nice maybe i dunno. I am a little confused on how to go about this...Has anyone been in this situation how do they handle it? I mean maybe if my husband does know what we are having, he can tell people i just don't want to know. we already have names for it boy or girl, so thats not a big deal. But some help would be really nice and i would be greatly appreciated.

Because of our baby's position in utero, we weren't able to find out the gender. We chose baby items that had cute wild animals and polka dots, and people bought gender neutral items - lots of cream, light green, and chocolate colors. We're planning on having the second one pretty soon, so it's nice to know we can reuse the items, whatever gender our second child is. One shower I had used rubber duckies as decorations, and the other used polka dots (the cupcakes were super cute for that one!), which was great, because I'm not a fan of pink or blue anyway....
We painted the nursery a cream color, so that we could add pink or blue accents once the baby was born, but we've decided to stick with sage green on pretty much everything.
Once our daughter was born, we got loads of "girlie" clothes as homecoming gifts - I think I've had to purchase a total of 5 items, and she's already gone from newborn to 6 month clothes.

Here is what i put on my wish list, what you could get, and what i am getting for my family. Hope it helps.
I am asking for a tv series (season 5) on dvd, an ipod touch, a kitten (my cat is having babies and i want to keep one), a gift card for my fav resteraunt (the keg) or a gift card for michales (an art store), a betty boop statue (i collect betty boop stuff <3), key chains (i collect those too), a necklace, a mug (thermal), a pedometer ( i love fitness ), a projection alarm clock, and some small things. (i am not expecting to get all of these things).
You could ask for cds, or mp3/ipod if you like music. I tv show or a movie, outdoor stuff (like a bike, or camping stuff etc.) a game system of some sort (wii, ds, playstation) or a game for one you have. A gift card for a restarunt or store, clothes, something you collect (my mom collects coca-cola stuuf, my dad likes anything to do with nice old cars, and you already know what i collect), any stuffed animals (dependng on your age), jewllery, games (board games like monopoly or something), slippers or a robe or pjs, candles (i collect those 2), make up, candy (for stocking), books, arts/craft things (how to books, sewing, model airplanes/car etc.), something for your room/house. Try looking at catologes and flyers (in the daily/weekly town newspaper, closer to christmas), that will give you some ideas.
I am getting my family :
mom: coca cola collectible stuff, some things for the kitchen, pedometer, and a slap chop and graty (depending on where you live you may not know what that is).
Dad: walmart an tims gift card, shirts, socks, DVDS, and an ornament for the tree (i would give tht to him early)
my aunt: lunch 'n' tote bag, pedometer, picture frame, mug for tea/hot chocolate (her fav drinks), and ear muffs.
My grandpa: hickory smoked salmon, a mug, and some gluten free stuff (he cant have gluteen)
my grandma: estee lauder perfume set, orange slice candy (her fav), coffe crisp bites, coffe cup.
My cousin: animal and throw (monkey), and nightmare before christmas keychain (she loves that sort of stuff)
and they all get a card.
Hope this helps!!

13TH BDAY PARTY- 10 PTS.?
So I'm having a dance party. In the theme of the movie's "New Moon, and Twilight" sort've.
I already have most things planned for the decorations. Like posters of the characters, strobe lights, disco mirror balls, and a disco light, and im hanging CD's from the ceiling! and twinkly star's. and i'm going to have a black light, with neon curtains around the walls of the whole room.
It's going to be a good four hour's and most people won't dance that whole time. It's a boy and girl party.I need some good games to play that aren't little kids games and aren't corny. Like I don't want anything like musical chairs, or tag, or any of that littler kid's stuff.
And no trivial games or stuff like that. I'm inviting about 50 people, so no things that require like up to 6 people!
I'm sorry I know this is a hard question, haha. (:
If anybody has any game idea's, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
