Girl Room Decorating Budget

help decorating 16 year old girl's room?

i really need help decorating my room and making it feel like home. it feels kinda like a hospital/impersonal right now. my budgets limited on this but any suggestions would be appreciated.i really like green, purple and pink, writing, music, fashion, exercise, and ORGANIZATION (you might not be able to tell from the pictures haha). I really wanted like a cork board in my room too for a calender, and places to put all my pictures.
and sorry if its kinda hard to see the whole room but i tried!

I need help decorating mine too! I'm13 haha, I just moved so my room's messy too don't worry.
Well to start off...Maybe put shelves in your closet so you can fold your jeans in them....Maybe white? Or you could decorate the shelves by painting them different colors. You could stencil designs on your wall. And paint your room your favorite color. Clean up your desk, you can always buy cheap ORGANIZERS at target! For my bathroom, i've collected seashells and i'm soaking them in hot water and soap and putting them in my bathroom. I love organizers! You can use shells or containers to put paperclips and such. You can check out yardsales and amazon.com to find dressers. Just go to a local store and pick out a wood dresser or something. Because you like fashion go on...pbteen.com and they used to sell manakins! (Hahah spelling mistake) you can organize your clothing and hang your clothing on the fake bodies to put necklaces andyour outfits. As for music, make a section for iPods and maybe hang music notes on your wall. CD'S are the way to go! I think maybe you could hang your favorite CD'S from your wall...Or get some good tape and tape them all around your wall. (The ones you don't want or already have of course) My friend just got a pink cork board VERY NICE! And she can put calenders and pictures all over. Get a wall to wall mirror and hang it in your closet or on your door to save space. For writing, that's what the desk is for! I like to write too. Sorry if I didn't help much, i'm still trying to figure out what I want for my room too.

How to decorate my room in a surfer girl style?

I was browsing thru pbteen.com and saw a great idea for a bedroom theme. I will be moving in two weeks into a new apartment and was looking for themes.

I'm no teen, in fact I am 25 y/o (lol), but I like the simplicity of these rooms and would like to decorate my bedroom the same way.

Any ideas on how I can follow this theme without having to actually buy the stuff at pottery barn teens? Their stuff is amazing but over my budget. I like the surfboard bed most esp, but find the actual bed featured too expensive.

If you can actually name shops and websites where I can browse for products, it would be great.

Specific ideas for accent pieces would be great.

I did my bedroom in a nautical style and used a paddle for the valance, draping fish net around and down the sides of the window for a "curtain". You could get a old surfboard with a missing fin for the bed backboard or valance. You don't want the fin on it anyway. You can get fish net by the foot at a marine store. I tea dyed mine to make it look old. I used a sea shell wallpaper border at the top of the walls and ragged them in a sea foam green tones. World market would be a good shopping place for nautical stuff to compliment your theme.

how can i decorate my room to have a relaxing feeling to it, but yet being juvenile, on a budget?

I have a dresser and a matching bed frame. the walls are white so i dont know what color to paint it. my carpet is brown.
my room is kinda small. it has a window.
i have this circular small table thing. I want it to have a relaxing feeling to it but yet make it juvenile because I am 17 years old teenager girl.

Canopy bed. Use a light beige color on it and a table cloth on the round table that is not flowered, but with geometric or swirls as designs. Use new bedding with colors in the brown family and get a rug that's beige with a pattern in it.

Print off some images you like and take them to Kinkos to blow up to poster size.

Help! 12 yr old girl, wants to decorate room.?

I'm 12 years old, and currently living in a (rented) townhouse. I may be moving soon. I want to know how I can decorate my room, wherever I live, without painting or scarring the walls. I live in an area hit badly by the economy, so something on a budget and something easy to move around (in case I do end up moving to another house) is ideal. :)

I don't have a lot of money either, but i decorated my room pretty good, lol, i got a reversible comforter from J.C. Penny's and a striped colorful bedsheets , then i have a rug i got a rainbow colored rug that had the colors of my comforter too.;) (orange and pink) then i got these beads from Claire's that hang down when you walk through the door( that's green orange pink blue purple) and i have this pink lamp that stands up that's hot pink (same as everything else) that has branches (other lamps) like a tree, u know what I'm talking about right, sorry if u don't, and then i have these coral colored curtains that is sparkly and its really pink orange and purple and i have nothing on the walls u can take this stuff anywhere u go
