I want to put posters&pictures on my wall without it looking tacky?
I'm a teenage girl&I have a blue&green room. I would like to put posters on my wall&pictures of family&friends. But, I wanna put all this on my walls without it looking tacky. Mom hates when I put tacks in the walls because she doesn't want 5 million holes by the time I move out&Dad doesn't want me using tape so the paint won't come off. I already have a few tack boards. Any suggestions?

Make a huge collage of the pictures of family and friends on a posterboard (colored, if you'd like) and hang it on the wall. It'll avoid putting lots of holes in the wall and it wouldn't look tacky. For posters, you might be able to get a special tape that won't peel the paint but would still keep the posters up. Look around, you might find something at a hardware or craft store. can u help me?
i simply hate how my room is
at the time.
i want it to look more homely,
but very modern too.
(i'm 14 years & a girl).
i'm hoping for very much answers.
think about anything.
As you can see, i've got a level
(where my bed is). It's wooden & white,
and stands on four piles, but it's not a loft bed,
it's a level where my bed and this things are standing on.
my walls and the ceiling is painted white,
but one wall is white with pink stripes.

Funny story. What do u guys think?
Ok, so one time in grade 6 in elementary, my class and i were on our way to gym class. We were waiting outside the gym and down the hall their were these two girls in one of the grade 4 classes, they were painting this giant picture. Another girl in the grade 4 class walked out reading a book. The two painters were like "Careful of the wet paint" the reader girl was looked up and was like "What?" and she tripped and fell RIGHT IN THE WET PAINTING. She got up and her shirt arms and legs were COVERED in wet paint. The two painter girls were laughing a little at her. We went into the gym and me and the other girls went into the girls changing room . Sydney, Rebecca, Amanda, Sarah, Emily, Alexa, and Kirsten were laughing SO MUCH and SO HARD. Me, Erica, Jennifer, Laura, and Justice were the only ones who weren't laughing were were like wtf? One of the teachers was like "Girls! settle down in there!" they eventually settled down. And we were like "whats so funny?" And sydney was like "That girl fell in paint!" and laughed some more. So do you guys really think it's as funny as the girls in my class made it seem? Feel bad for the girl? Think they were being mean to the girl? They weren't laughing directly at her, i only heard them laugh when we got in the changing room. So what do u guys think?
Actually i don't think it's as funny as the girls made it seem. I don't even think it's that funny.

Why Is It Easier for Girls to Decorate Their Rooms?
I'm a 15yo guy and my parents are letting me redo my room to fit my style. We moved in 3 years ago and never got around to do my room, so I still don't have a true floor [it's the sub-floor with a bunch of areal rugs over it], the walls are still beige, and the closet.... yeah it needs a paint and shelving job.
I already know what I'm gonna paint it and what all the accent colors will be, but IDK what to put on the walls. Girls typically put pictures and posters on the wall but what do guys put on their walls.
I'm not into heavy metal type stuff and most of my fav bands are pop so I don't think i really want katy perry, Kris Allen, and LMFAO on my wall.....Well maybe LMFAO
Please don't say, just see what your friedns have on their walls and go from their. I have never gone over to any of my friend's houses b/c I'm sort of a loner which I'm trying to get out of, so IDK

Well my friend has some cool looking sports curious of a football, basketball, and soccer player on his wall and also some cool graffitti of his name in the colors of his room. Hope this helps!
