John asks…
What could I do For a sporty teenage girls room make over?
OK so the last time i had a makeover was when i was 10 and i was in a BIG "pink/princess'' stage. Now i am 13 and i hate it! it's all pink and it has princess all over, after a little talk with my parents they said that i could redecorate my room. I was think of the sporty tomboy theme but with that small touch of girly girl, i can do everything paint the walls, add furniture. I was thinking maybe i could paint the furnice on the floor like grass and then have different sport balls all over the room. Then i could write my name (jennifer) next to my bed. What do you think? Any tips?

Just like you went through a princess phase, you are probably going through a sports phase. Try getting something that will be fun and last you for a while. Maybe try painting your walls a fun color, like bright blue or teal, and then do a zebra trim, and then have zebra sheets or something.
You can also get chalkboard paint. Its black paint but when it dries, its a chalkboard. You can paint a large area of a wall or something, and then as you go through different phases, you can draw cool things on it. Or you can have your friends draw on it too!
Hope i helped

What are some essentials for a tween girls room?
I just moved, and I want to know things that I definitely need in my room. Please just give me a list of things I need to buy to really make my room mine, if you know what I mean.
I already have:
a bed
a TV
a dresser which I am going to sand and then paint white
a bookshelf that I will also sand paint white(I am not sure if I am going to keep it...)
a list of things I need to buy would be helpful!!!! Thanks!

Lamps, decorations, a cute theme is nice to have, cork board for pictures if u like taking pictures, if your organized person get a dry erase board or get it just to write funny things on, desk, trash can is always good to have! Ha, things to organize ur closet so its not a mess... Maybe like a shoe rack or something, and just some things that u personally like that will make ur room look cool and functional

how should you paint a 12 year old girls room?
nothing she will get sick of we were thinking like a light pink and a kiwi green but how would you put that on a wall maybe you guys can put some websites up for me to look at thanks soooooooo much Danielle

Hi! I'm thirteen so I know where she is coming from. I am in the middle of redecorating my room. I personally would pick out bedding before doing the walls. I found one site that has bedding for those colors and this site has many other cool ideas. Www.wakeupfrankie.com.
For the walls I couldn't really find a picture but my old room was beach themed and so I did one all a yellow (like sand) and the other three walls aqua (like the ocean.) She could pick her favorite color (for me it would be the green) and have that be the three walls and then have the other color be the one wall left. From there I personally would put the bed up against the one color wall. Sorry I couldn't find a picture!
I hope that I was of some help.
Daniel asks…
famous painting with girls in invisible dresses?
So I saw this print once, and i loved it but it had no name on it.
It's i think two or three girls in a room, in every window and doorway there is a different season and scene like a boat and a hot air balloon and a wave coming into the room, and mountains.
It is really weird when you look at it for a while the girls are wearing dresses but they are invisible you can see through them in the outline of a dress.
I've been trying to figure this out for a while and i'd love to finally know who created it!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!
