Little Girls Easter Dresses

Photobucket

Sharon asks…

Moms who celebrated Easter as a little girl: Did you wear poofy, frilly dresses on Easter Sunday?

I know my daughter would love to have one this year.
See, Daddy is the one who thinks they are too "cliche" and "no one does that anymore."
Our daughter is girly, girly, girly. She is almost nine and loves baby pink and lavender and baby blue, even yellow. (Our son ADORES suits and ties. He thinks he looks "supafly" in them.) In the past, I've just gotten her a nice sundress for Easter, but this year, I think I want to go "all out" for her, and get her that "Sunday Best" dress and hat. I know she'd love it.

I'm not a mommy neither, BUT omg I looooved frilly dresses when I was younger. My mom always gave me my older sisters hand me down dress though, and my older sister liked yellow and I HATED yellow (still do), so even though it was a frilly dress, I usually hated it.

Mark asks…

Easter/sundresses for little girls online?

I am looking for something that my girls can wear through the summer but still able to be dressed up a bit for easter. The younger wears about a 4T to a small 5 (is very slender) and the Older wears a 5 to a 6 (has a booty). I've started looking around in my area but so far what I've seen is either too dressy or too informal. I would really appreciate any suggestions. Thank You Very Much.

JcPenny has some great stuff. You could also try Target, Walmart, the Children's Place, etc.

2 questions about easter for my 3 year old.?

I have a 3 year old little boy and I want his easter to be AWESOME!!! Obviously there will be a basket, with a little bit of candy, some stuffed animals, and other stuff. But I want to cook him an awesome easter breakfast, and have some little easter activities he can do in the morning. Around noon we are going to my dad's for a giant easter egg hunt, so I dont want to have him looking for eggs in the morning.... I just dont know what other activities to do!?!? Also, I know little girls get there pretty little easter dresses, but Im not sure what my son should wear when we go over to my dads.... There are going to be alot of people over there, so I want him to look nice, but there are also going to be a lot of kids for him to play with, and a lot of running around finding eggs, so I want him to be comfortable as well?

The first person stole EXACTLY what I told you to have him wear on Saturday- and I'm sticking with that. HE NEEDS to wear a baby blue sweater vest- his eyes will look awesome. Plus- I'm thinking of putting his cousin in Blue- so they will match :) I'll let you know for sure.

As for breakfast- make sure you make that little boy his scrambled eggs! Also, make french toast (I can tell you how if you need me to) Bacon and sausage. Cinnamon buns are a nice touch.

Make sure the Easter Bunny brings him some more of his temporary tattoos, some hot wheels (to share when little Jo comes over) and maybe a few bouncy balls!

I think Dad's is starting around 1:30- Wanna meet at the cemetery before that to visit Mom? I take Jo a lot between Easter and Halloween while the weather is decent.

Paul asks…

Cheap prom/Easter dresses?

Okay, so my best friend and I were hoping to get matching Easter dresses. We don't have a lot of money, don't want to spend anymore then maybe like 45 50 bucks at the most. So since we're both a little old for those Easter dresses we all wore when we were little girls we were thinking of getting prom dresses or kinda a "date dress". But we don't know where to get one that won't cost a lot. Does anyone have any suggestions for store or maybe something we could do you make a boring dress look better? We can't spend anymore then 50 dollars, max. But we want pretty dresses. Oh, this is in London Ohio, btw, so if anyone knows any good stores PLEASE let me know or some suggestions of what we could do. Thanks!! :)
