Girls Room Painting Colours

What do you think of these colors for a baby girls room?

My husband and I are having our first baby in September. We found out today that we are having a girl! We are starting to thinking of colors to paint the room. We don't want pink, but so we were thinking of brown and green. What do you think? Do you think it is to boy-ish? Thanks in advance!

Congratulations Firstly..Well done you!!
As for the colours..Im sure if you are artistic enough you could make Green & Brown work..However,it is a little dark when you think of colours that will stimulate your baby.

We all plan our baby's rooms to our tastes,(the usual Pink,Blue,Or Lemon) and it's great that you dare to be different from the norm, but if you really want your baby to enjoy the room visually and all your efforts then choose bright,bold,primary colours.

help!!!!!painting a teen girls room!!?

me and my grandmother are making me a bead spread that is like lime green aqua blue and light purple.its going to have different size squares with those colors.i want to paint my room with those colors but im afraid it might be to much of those colors.what is a way i could paint my room wear it wouldn't be to much of those colors and/or is just a cool unique way to paint my room.thanks.

Play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find colors that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. I think painting your whole room "exuberant pink" (# 6840) might be a great choice to coordinate with all of those colors.

Wall colors to paint a teenage girls room!?

I am going to paint my room this weekend and I need help with a color! I want the bedspread and pillows and stuff black and white as well as the bed!! I am also wondering what color to paint other furniture such as night stand and book shelves!! Thanks:)
